With Mother’s Day the following week, why not pop in and pick up a gift, or just come to meet the makers below and try some delicious food. There will also be live music starting from noon!
Beit e’Shai
Rasha Tayeh draws on her ancestral knowledge of traditional Arabic Medicine and Palestinian herbalism for this Melbourne based online apothecary and teahouse. All teas and tisanes are handmade using 100% natural blends from certified organic ingredients

Trio Pastry Sweets and Nuts
This Carlton based cafe serves incredible sweets like pistachio Wardaat, delicious semolina cake and baklava. Delicious with coffee on an Autumn morning!

Tuka Tuka Kothuroti Man
Niro will be serving up his legendary Kothu Roti. If you haven’t tried this popular Sri Lankan Street food dish yet, you are totally missing out. Imagine taking a roti and flamboyantly chopping it up on a grill with all kinds of herbs, spices, veggies and meat mixing together in the heat. Yum!

Kunafeh House
Palestinian-owned Preston based dessert haven, Kunafeh House, has a reputation for making one of the tastiest and most authentic Kunafeh Nabulsiyeh around. This is a traditional Arab dessert that originated in the Palestinian city of Nablus. Can you think of anything dreamier than a layer of melted soft cheese topped with fine semolina dough (Kunafeh Na’ama) or alternatively with thin string pastry (Kunafeh Khishnah)? We can’t!

Donde Mama
Verena is a Colombian cook and caterer in Melbourne, who is supported by her daughter Juliana. They will be serving all kinds of Colombian treats on market day; bring the kids and try something new.
