Let’s Kunafa is a Victoria-based dessert venture dedicated to crafting authentic Palestinian kunafa. Founded by entrepreneur Allam Mourad, a Palestinian born Kuwait, who rebuilt his life in Australia after years working abroad, the business grew from a love of making kunafa at home and a desire to bring the dessert to the suburbs of Melbourne. Each tray reflects the warmth, generosity, and resilience which shape Palestinian food culture. At its heart, Let’s Kunafa is about community and sharing something made with care.
