Flavours of Syria was founded by Racha Abou Alchamat, a chef originally from Damascus. Wanting to continue to share the warmth and richness of Syrian cuisine, she was inspired to start her own catering and cooking class business after closing her St. Kilda cafe. Flavours of Syria celebrates community, culture, connection, and the joy of shared meals through the warmth and richness of Syrian cuisine.
