Stepping Stone is a social enterprise which empowers migrant and refugee women by offering inclusive employment and training at their two vegetarian cafes. The organisation promotes connection, safety, and belonging for women by helping them overcome employment barriers and thrive in all areas of their lives. It collaborates with other charities and social enterprises to improve job opportunities for those facing significant challenges while also aiming to reduce waste and maximise social impact.
